The Shaw-Ross Salesforce is a highly skilled team that covers all key markets, working closely alongside their wholesale and retail partners across the country. Led by four Regional Vice-Presidents who split the country geographically, the salesforce has increased dramatically since 2015 having more than doubled in size to better serve our partners across the industry. With diverse backgrounds and local ties, the Shaw-Ross Salesforce manages their respective markets by effectively training and supporting the local distributor salesforce while simultaneously working alongside them to secure distribution at local restaurants and retailers alike. Shaw-Ross also employs a team of fine wine specialists as part of their Lineage Collection.
The Shaw-Ross Marketing Department is headed by a team of experienced and creative Brand Managers, each of whom is responsible for the national performance of the brands in their portfolios. The Brand Managers are responsible for goal allocation, budget maintenance, and overall brand performance, working collaboratively with the Salesforce in a hands-on capacity. Shaw-Ross Brand Managers constantly communicate with their suppliers, acting as a direct point of contact and as a liaison between the supplier and the Salesforce.
The Shaw-Ross National Accounts Department is exclusively dedicated to handling the largest chains in the country, both On- and Off-Premise. Working closely with their wholesaler partner counterparts, the Shaw-Ross National Accounts Department makes presentations at national chains, securing authorizations and ensuring seamless execution across multiple states including features and displays.
The Shaw-Ross Analytics Department is tasked with developing actionable insights that arise from sales data. Given the increased availability of data arising from wholesalers and retailers around the country, Shaw-Ross’ analysts eagerly uncover takeaways that support the Commercial Team’s selling efforts.
