Tasting notes: A pale, beautifully fizzy golden robe. A dense, slightly mushroom-flavoured nose, crystallised lemon, banana cream, nougatine, almond. A wonderfully invigorating structure, very lively and yet dense at the same time. Notes of fruit drops.

Tasting notes: A harmonious blend of the 6 Champagne grape varieties, this Clos du Château has a delicate, scented nose. It is well-structured, powerful and lively on the palate, with dominant mineral flavours. “Cuvée 6 Cépages” is a very full wine with superb length.
