Owned by Roberto Bergaglio and his family, La Chiara farm is situated on the Ligurian pre-Apennine hills. The farm covers an area of 39 hectares, 20 of which are cultivated with vineyards. The cultivation technique is traditional guyot. Vineyard exposure and soil composition variety give this wine remarkable structure and complexity. The higher qualitative level is reached via strict pruning and subsequent thinning. The lands are worked without chemical weeding treatments and all grapes are hand collected.
