Terroir
The Entre-deux-mers, situated between the Dordogne and the Garonne, is made up of very high-quality, predominantly clay-limestone soil, ideal for all white grape varieties. Limestone gives the wine a mineral freshness, while clay soil brings out the fruit and the typical sauvignon flavours of boxwood and blackcurrant bud.
