The wines are matured for a short time in vats and quickly bottled at our Mouton Cadet winery so as to preserve all their freshness and fruit.
This wine is made entirely from a single variety. Highly aromatic, pinot noir has a pleasant bouquet and lingers on the palate.
Aspect: Deep ruby red with a slight garnet tint.
Nose: The nose opens on jammy red fruit aromas such as raspberry and cherry and a hint of vanilla with airing.
Palate: Fruit flavours emerge very quickly on the fresh and elegant attack, followed by a smooth and spicy mid palate and a highly expressive finish with powerful tannins.
