  • Production Technique
    Production Technique Only the best grapes are selected in the vineyard. Gentle pressing of the grapes is followed by skin maceration at low temperatures for 8 to 10 days. In the February following the harvest, the wine goes through the ripasso process, resting on the pomace of Amarone, its illustrious cousin, which enhances both the wine’s aromatics and aging potential. After malolactic fermentation, aging takes place for approximately 18 to 24 months in medium to large sized oak casks followed by a minimum of 4 months bottle refinement before release.
