Masút Pinot Noir Estate Vineyard
The Masút winery sits high on the ridge, carefully designed with the vineyard in mind. As harvest arrives hand picked fruit is shuttled from the estate vines directly into the cellar. Small open top tanks are used to keep each vineyard block and clone separate through fermentation. These new wines are aged in French oak barrels “sur lie” for up to 15 months before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
Full-bodied and well-structured, Masút Pinot Noir shows off with dusky black-fruit aromas leading to a firm texture that wraps up deep black cherry, blueberry, and blackberry notes.
