Tasting Notes
A pale, beautifully fizzy golden robe. A dense, slightly mushroom-flavored nose, crystallised lemon, banana cream, nougatine, almond. A wonderfully invigorating structure, very lively and yet dense at the same time. Notes of fruit drops

Color
Pale yellow

Aroma
A fresh, salty, sea air nose with hints of ripe fruit (pineapple, quince).

Palate
Very fresh on the palate, with fresh fruit and lychee flavors. Mineral finish.

While this wine can be enjoyed by itself as an apéritif, it is also perfect with fresh oysters and other shellfish, or served with aged Gouda or other hard cheeses, and as a counterpoint to soft triple creams.
