Champagne Château de Bligny Grande Réserve Rosé
Situated in the heart of the Côte des Bars (Aube region) and built by the Marquis de Dampierre in the 15th Century, Château de Bligny is the only Château to benefit the from the title of Château in the Champagne Region as a Grower Producer. A unique estate with an unprecedented heritage of history and winemaking. 30 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, among 8 plots, draw the Estate where all the elaboration has to take place.

Tasting Notes
Orangey pink robe. All the quality of the Pinots, lovely fresh raspberries, cherry stones, note of red fruit. Cherry flesh, redcurrant, grenadine, budding flowers (rose), red fruit pulp

Aroma
An elegant, delicate nose, with berry and spicy aromas.

Palate
Fruity and complex on the palate: instense and fleshy, followed by fresh aromas such as mint.

While this wine can be enjoyed by itself as an apéritif, it is also perfect with duck, pizza, and crab cakes. It can also be served with aged Gouda or other hard cheeses, and as a counterpoint to soft triple creams.
