Tasting Notes
Even though the winter was slightly less rainy than the average, starting the season regularly. Spring continued normally to cold in September and October, with cloudy days in November and December causing shoots to grow rapidly. The cloudy days and drizzle in January made the harvest uncertain and distant. The canopy management improved the ventilation of the bunches, and the good temperatures in March allowed to reach the level of maturity. These climatic conditions favoured the production of grapes with higher acidity and excellent concentration of aromas, resulting in wines with vibrant acidity, juiciness and very expressive on the nose.

Color
Pure yellow-straw colour with greenish hues.

Aroma
The nose unfolds aromas that recall loquat, pineapple and soft touches of vanilla.

Palate
The palate is in line with what is perceived on the nose, fresh fruit framed by marzipan tones. It is a fresh and juicy wine that shows a balance between length and verticality during its time on the palate and great persistence.

Vegetable and legume soups are a great option to serve with this Chardonnay. The most exotic spices pair very well with the tropical and sweet notes of the wine. The characteristic creaminess of Chardonnays with malolactic fermentation combines with the soup´s creamy texture, and the vibrant acidity of this wine freshens the palate.
